The East Sussex Rural Transport Partnership manage the ESDA Coach Service and have 3 fully accessible coaches available for hire from 08.00 until 17.00, Monday to Friday. (Evenings and Weekends are also a possibility.)

Wheelchair accessible coaches - seating capacity:

Monday to Friday:
Cost within East Sussex (including driver and fuel)

Per day £150.00

Per half day £75.00

Cost further afield up to a limit of 70 miles radius

Per day £225.00

Over 70 miles radius £225.00 + 75p/mile

Saturday & Sunday

1 x 28-seat coach

1 x 24-seat coach

1 x 18-seat coach

If you require a smaller vehicle, we can
also put you in touch with accessible
transport providers who operate vehicles with up to 16-seats.

Our drivers are fully trained employees
of East Sussex County Council,
Social Services Department.

To qualify you must be a non-profit making organisation concerned with one or more of the following categories:

Education

Social welfare

Religion

Other activities of benefit to the community

A coach cannot be hired by an individual or a member of the general public.
